1. To keep art charges at a nominal price, art charges only reflect part of the actual cost. Therefore the art work is the property of Modem China, Inc.
and its affiliates. All finished artwork, positives, negatives and screens remain the property of Modem China, Inc.
2. When sending in reference material for a special design be sure to include all the necessatv post cards or photos and a rough layout of what is desired.
3. Registration of multicolor designs-According to established industry standards, it is considered acceptable for the registration to be off 1/32 of an inch..
We strive to have perfect registration but, due to the nature of certain designs, this is not always possible.
4. Color-We will attempt to match colors and we will print the closest color we can. However color matches are not guaranteed.
5. A physical sample can be produced for $150.00; upon receipt of your purchase order $75.00 will be credited toward your account.
6. We reserve the right to refuse any order we consider too difficult to produce within industry standards.

Specifications Regarding Computer Generated Art References. We can accept most formats of Bitmaps including but not limited to: .bmp (windows bitmap) - .jpg (jpeg bitmap) - .gif (CompuServe bitmap) - .pcx (paintbrush) - .pic (lotus pic) - .ps (postscript interpreted) .eps (postscript interpreted)
Coral Draw - only if saved in up to version 13. Corel Photo Paint - Only if saved in up to version 13.
Adobe Illustrator - only if saved in version 5, 6, or 7. Adobe PhotoShop only if saved in version 4 or 5.
We DO NOT hold the ability to interpret these files:
Macromedia Freehand - or any version or Adobe PageMaker - of any version.
NOTE: THE MINIMUM ORDER FOR ACRYLIC, FROSTED AND STAINLESS STEEL ITEMS IS 72 PIECES PER ITEM, PER DESIGN. COLORS OF LIKE ITEMS CAN BE ASSORTED TO MEET MINIMUM.
